Founded on the principle that opportunity should be universally accessible, Promise Hub acts as a start-up incubator in Nakivale, Uganda, providing transformative resources such as education, mentorship, digital tools, and an online marketplace to foster entrepreneurial success and generate new income streams locally, regionally and internationally.
At the heart of Promise Hub's mission is the idea of "migrating opportunity to people," which we accomplish by establishing adaptable, creative hubs in local communities.
These Hubs are designed to be cost-effective, functional, and accessible, ensuring they are equipped with essential resources like internet connectivity and digital tools. This setup helps individuals in developing regions to harness the internet to create jobs, increase local incomes, and improve living standards through digital economies

Promise Hub empowers our community by training, mentoring and funding local entrepreneurs who catalyze sustainable growth and self-sufficiency.
Through our innovative Hub in Nakivale, we provide access to digital tools, educational resources, and entrepreneurial mentorship, directly addressing local challenges by bringing opportunities to where they are most needed.
Since our inception, we have trained 110 new entrepreneurs who have created of over 70 jobs and increased local incomes.
Our approach not only does equips game-changers with vital digital resources for learning and creating new ventures, but also elevates their businesses to greater heights, both on local and global scale. Through our online market and the Promise Hub Express shipping service, in partnership with DHL, we offer a seamless pathway for entrepreneurs to access broader markets and achieve global reach.

Our Hub is an adaptable, practical, creative space established by local people using the most effective local means where potential entrepreneurs get hands on experience with the latest digital tools, functional education and training and mentoring to allow them to create useful digital solutions to their local problems. It contains not only collaborative and training spaces, but innovative, finance, logistics and local networking capabilities to provide real access and opportunity to the digital marketplace.
